Lizard Village
The Lizard makes a great centre place to stay and enjoy the many coves and lovely villages nearby. Also to enjoy the many great views and walks.

The small town has a public House "The Top House". Full of interesting pictures of the area and Lifeboat photos to enjoy as one sits in its bar, around the fireplace. It even has a couple of old benches from a shipwreck. It also has a display of the local Serpentine Rock, not to sell (they can be bough in the village shops around here and on the headland. The Post office is behind the pub.

  

A small number of shops allow the visitor's to buy some food, gifts and more without making the green in the middle of the Lizard spoilt. It has donation parking, the Lizard makes a great spot to explore the area.

There is a great pasty shop just off the green in the direction of Church Cove, near the small Football Club. Also Fish & Chips with fresh local fish is available near the pub most days.
